Highlight: The Shurman Project

The project began with the acquisition of the property, which underwent remodeling with the eventual aim of becoming a retirement home. The owners enlisted our team to assess their property, completely redesign and update the property. Working closely with the owners, we honed in on their specific desires, allowing us to create a landscaping plan that would complement their remodeled home. With their trust in our hands, we diligently crafted the designs and swiftly transitioned into the implementation phase.

BEFORE

Phase 1

Grade the property and add drains to be sure good drainage. All of the down spouts into a newly installed sub pit
Para pavers with a herring bone inlay in the covered porch
Two tiered Brandon walls to secure the hillside in the back yard
